He tended to them, or at the very least, he did the bare minimum to keep the plants alive. But he’d often forget, and they would wilt, resulting in him returning to a barren room with keepsakes he barely recognized, and a flower pot, emptied by the maids.

“They started to reek, Jonesy.” Lewis would scoff, taking what tiny pleasure he got from seeing that twinge of disappointment on his brother’s face.

Lewis knew why he stayed away, why he couldn’t stand being in the big house for longer than a few nights at a time. Whatever the younger MacAllistair tried to build would inevitably be torn down. Emptied and discarded like his rotting flowers.

Jones enjoys picking flowers!! When he got comfortable enough with King he’d also put a little jar with some freshly picked flowers in his window sill. He does the same for Horatio although those don’t tend to stay around very long. Horatio is deathly afraid of somehow being found out- but he appreciates them while Jones is there.

Not sure what to make of this one rly, I went in pretty confident with a nice mock up made in procreate but I kinda lost interest along the way? It’s partially because I have so many sketches right now, and some of the ones I’m most interested in are sfw! (Altho Im dying to do some nsfw with vampire Jones/Hor/Ric)

The next painting I’m doing is a sfw scene in the Roman story between Horatius and Junius, but it’s so gay and intriguing I can’t wait to get started!! 😩💘💦

Aside from that, for anyone following me on insta, I shared some pretty silly sticker sheets I’m making right now, (you can check it in my story) which I’m interested in printing a little run of! It’s.. hamsters, and I’m obsessed.

I did them all in a day which was.. interesting. And I really would love to do some for the Roman au too, just silly little designs rly. I’ll probably offer them in my store when I eventually order them, and I’ll make a post about that when I do!
