I've been asked the question that "Can you post/personally send uncensored images?" several times.
So, I think it's good time to explain my attitude to this.
Unfortunately, I'm not planning to post any uncensored images in current circumstance. Sorry.
It's because of Japanese domestic laws and FANBOX's ToS obeying those laws.
Let me make it clear.
-in Japan, publishing uncensored images is illegal(it's a penal offense actually).
-also publishing/sending abroad from Japan is illegal too. even if the receivers live in the country that uncensored images are legal.
-any Japanese companies services like FANBOX obey this.
I know there might be some people sending out these images, but I won't take that kind of risks.
And I don't want to make more difficult the circumstance around AIart in Japan. Also it's the reason why I don't make copyright characters images (I don't criticize ppl making these images).
Yes, I know the issues of rights around AIart is not only this. Though doing something wrong makes this worse.
To be sure, I'm the one who think these laws are RIDICUROUS and BULLSHIT. However, I have to obey this at now.
