ご存じの方も多くいるかと思いますがpixiv、FANBOXから生成AIで作成された制作物について大きな方針変更がアナウンスされました。

これによって

・FANBOXでの生成AI作品の掲載

・pixivでの生成AI作品のリクエスト(https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=9554)

が今後行えなくなります。

FANBOXについて期限など具体的なものはまだ明示されていませんが、上記の指針に伴って私のFANBOXも近日中に制作物の掲載を終了することになります。

終了直前のタイミングで支援金支払いを更新することがないようご注意下さい。

元より更新頻度も気まぐれなこちらのFANBOXを支援頂いている皆様には必要ないかもしれませんが、支援期間中での掲載終了については最後に支援頂いた日+30日分の従来FANBOX掲載分としていた制作物を閲覧できるよう、何かしらの手段を用意します。

その際はこちらで再度お知らせしますので、お見逃しのないようお願いします。

皆様から頂いた支援は活動の上で大きなモチベーションにつながっていました。ありがとうございました。

今後についてですが、pixivやTwitterへの投稿は気まぐれに変わらず継続していきます。支援者限定のコンテンツについても可能なら継続したいと思っていますが他プラットフォームの状況を見て後日お知らせします。

最後に、これで一区切りとなりますので改めてご支援に感謝申し上げます。昨年秋の生成AIブーム時に何気なく始めたAI制作物の掲載ですが、エロの力で多くの方に閲覧頂き、特にpixivでの生成AIでは難しいリクエストなどはとてもやりがいがあり楽しかったです。

現状に文句を少しだけ言わせてもらうと、当然生成AIの制作物が100%クリーンであるとは胸を張って言えないと思いますし、生成AIで収益をあげていた人間として同じ穴の狢かもしれませんが私は

・二次創作、版権キャラを生成しない

・AIモデルの規約を順守する（商用利用やクレジット）

・他人の絵柄を模倣したり誤認させるような生成物を制作しない

・無修正や未成年に見えるキャラクター、実在の人物をモデルにした画像の掲載を行わない

というラインを守って、ＡＩをとりまく環境がこれ以上悪化しないよう最低限の節度を保って活動してきたつもりです。

画像生成AIコミュニティの技術発展はめざましく、日々新しい技術が実用化されています。また従来から存在する3DCGやフォトバッシュのような技術を用いれば、「誰でも同じ設定でボタンを押せば同じ画像が出力できる」レベルを超えた制作物を作ることができます。コンセプトまでしか用意できなかった人が最終成果物を作ることができるようになったのは本当に大きいです。

一方で世間では一部のAI万能論者やイラストレーターに対するルサンチマンの塊のような人間が、絵柄のパクリやpixivランキングからのi2iトレパク、短期間での大量投稿、コミュニティのルールを守らない二次創作やディープフェイク生成、販売を極めて露悪的に行い、その結果が今の投稿サイト規制に繋がったのは間違いないでしょう。AIは間違いなく今後クリエイティブの現場に導入されていきますが、現状を変えることができなければ趣味レベルのAI生成画像の未来は暗いと思います。

As many of you may know, pixiv and FANBOX have announced a major policy change regarding AI-generated works.

As a result, the following changes have been made

-Publication of AI-generated works on FANBOX

-Requests for AI works on pixiv (https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=9554)

will no longer be able to do.

Although no specific deadline has been specified for FANBOX yet, my FANBOX will be closed in the near future according to the above guidelines.

Please be careful not to update your support payment just before the end date.

This may not be necessary for those of you who have supported my FANBOX, which has been updated really whim. But I will prepare some way for you guys to be able to view the works that have been posted on my fanbox for 30 days from the date of your last support. Only if my FANBOX is closed during your support period.

I will notify you guys again here when this happens, so please don't miss it.

Your support was a great motivation for me all the time. Thank you very much!

As for the future, I will continue to post on pixiv and Twitter on a random basis. I would like to continue the limited content for supporters if possible, and I will let you know at a later after I see how other platforms are doing about this situation.

Finally, I would like to thank you again for your support as I reach this milestone. I started posting my AI creations casually at the time of the AI boom last fall. With the help of lusty desire, many people browsed my works, and it was very rewarding and fun, especially when they requested me to do something that is difficult to do with AI creations on pixiv.

If I may complain a bit about the current situation, of course I cannot proudly say that AI creations are 100% clean, and as a person who used to make money from AI, I may be in the same boat as others, but I would like to say that I followed those rules

-Never create copyrighted characters.

-Comply with the terms and conditions of the AI model (commercial uses and credits).

-Do not create products that imitate or misrepresent other people's artwork.

-Do not publish uncensored or underage-looking NSFW images, and NSFW pictures modeled on real people.

At least I have been trying to maintain a minimum level of moderation in my work, in order to prevent the environment surrounding AI from getting any worse.

The image generation AI community is making remarkable technological progress, and new technologies are being put to use every day. Also, by using existing technologies such as 3DCG and photo-bashing, it is possible to create products that go beyond the level of "anyone can output the same image by pressing a button with the same settings." It is really great that people who were only able to prepare up to the concept can now create the final product.

On the other hand, some AI universalists and people who are full of lusantiman against illustrators have been very viciously cloning designs, i2i tracing from pixiv rankings, posting large numbers of works in a very short period of time, generating and selling deep fakes and copyrighted works that do not follow community rules, and the result is the current restrictions on website posting. AI will definitely be adopted in the creative industry in the future, but if the current situation cannot be changed, the future of AI-generated images at the hobbyist level is dark.
