Portfolio for now 👽

I put together a temporary portfolio (attached) because someone asked me for it and I didn't have one. I've avoided this so much, I've never really had to make one since my Instagram acted like one. 🤓

But now that I've wanted to expand my practice outside of Instagram/internet for a while, I think it's important to have a portfolio to send to people I'm interested in. I'll update it when I'm back in Pune since there's lots of undocumented work there.

This process made me respect graphic designers. It was pretty challenging to get the text to align in Photoshop. I haven't used it in ages since I got my iPad. But I'm sure with enough practice I will understand it better 🧠

I've been thinking of buying a new laptop. My laptop is heavy and old and very slow. I used my partner's laptop which is also the same haha. One of us has to get a better one 😆

Also been thinking of getting a new phone since my current phone (Google Pixel 6A) is super frustrating. Maybe it's a faulty model but everything on this phone is so annoying to deal with. In retrospect, I see how it has affected my work flow. It's so strange to depend on a device but when I had my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (which I got in a collaboration I did with Samsung India in 2018) I would be very excited to make certain things and I scripted Shampoo and Daddy's first issue on that phone. It was the best phone I ever did have, sigh. It fell from a height in Aug 2023 and has been dead since 🙁🌹

Nothing beats writing on paper but because I'm never in one place for too long, I like having to use good, reliable devices. They're like my friends 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

It's about time I upgraded my set up 💻 📱📝
