Ahhh!! Hello!!! I don't wanna keep apologizing about my infrequent updates/presence the past month but wanted to put out this squiggly scribbly update on all the things I could think of for once.

This children's book has been weighing down on me way too much but I had a talk with a friend who's worked with the publishers before and I was able to put things straight. It's my first children's book. It's only 12 pages long. I've always dreamt of making children's books so I'm very grateful for this project. But it's been too long and the back and forth is slow. Also the art director left and now there's a new art director and we're struggling to get the art style/tone right. But the people are amazing but aaaahh but but but hahaha.

Ok and second important thing is my body. I can't handle this pressure I'm putting on myself anymore. I've been ultra focused on my future and money and work but none of it is gonna happen if my body isn't working right. I feel like it's taken me way to long to realize that but I'm glad I've realized it now! Realized it the hard way but still hehe.

There's been a few added expenses over the last couple of months like my medicines, my dental procedure, my travels for October and the printing costs for the zines and books I'll be making. I won't be able to make much profit on these trips but I'll be rich experience wise hehe. But when I'm back I'm gonna have to figure something out to make all this money back. I feel like it's gonna be a bit harder because I won't be very active on my Instagram feed but let's see. Wish me luck 🦀
