It feels like almost everything has been a difficult and unpleasant but necessary thing lately, and it gets exhausting after a while. I really like the advice to pivot away to something else when you're stuck, and I am a long-time devotee to the idea of breaking things into smaller and smaller chunks until you get to something more manageable, even if it's opening a document or reading one email or whatever else. <3
