Charge up front notice.
Added 2018-08-02 13:20:38 +0000 UTCI received the news about charge up front that if they pay for now. Their money will be transfer to account immediately.
If I open this. Rewards will be sending around middle of each month instead the first week of next month (If no another problem.), but no time for new supporter to rethink their decision. So I open this new poll for asking about this to open charge up now or let be on the old ways.
