New Year, New Tiers!

Since being able to create more as of late, the need for another tier has arisen!
Thusly, I've added the Panzer tier.
All other tiers are unchanged, for your convenience here's a quick overview:
-Crystal Jock: 1 Outfit /month
-Tech Junkie: 1 Outfit + 1 additional mod
-Panzer: 2 Outfits + 1 additional mod
-Corpo: 2 Outfits + 1 additional mod
