I had a blast gathering her materials to create your exclusive posts and let me tell you, she has some really amazing and inspiring things to share. Posts will be slowly released throughout the month and you'll receive an email with each posting. Last month Coriolis Dance launched PostballetPraxis, our online subscription service for livestream classes including: Postballet Playground and Postballet Youth for kids, Postballet Fitness Sponge-y Pilates for adults, and most recently Postballet Breaks for people stuck at work needing a movement break.
