Poll: Naming a new Joja building

Hey everyone,
I've been working a Joja building these past couple days! It'll only be available if players go the Joja route, which will be featuring changes and additions (real story!). This new building will replace "something" in Pelican Town after certain conditions are met. It'll feature several shops, similar to some secret shops in a hidden part of the woods (community center route).
I have reached a bit of dilemma though! I'm stuck on coming up with a name, and that's where you guys can chime in! What should this building be called? I have some options below, but I'm also welcome to other names as well!

For the first time ever I might go for the joja route! More than 500 hours in and so far I haven't wanted to.

If my adult children ever saw how many thousands of hours I've logged in this game... haha! I'll be starting yet another new farm with SVE 1.11 - it's the best way to enjoy the new content IMO!!!
