Dear Patrons,

Thank you to the 550+ patrons who took part in our latest poll - comfortably the biggest so far. There was a clear winner... Napoleon in Egypt -

However. I also detected some muttering in the rear ranks, about how much longer will we keep marching in this direction...

I've therefore decided, in true Napoleonic fashion, to combine the results of the plebiscite with firm executive action. The majority wish to push on with the Napoleonic saga until it's finished. Therefore, we will cover not just Napoleon's Egyptian campaign, but the Brumaire coup, and Marengo campaign (probably 5 videos total). I then consider the central core of the Napoleon story complete.

Simultaneously, we'll also be working on the WW2 series, and the top secret naval project.

Napoleon and this channel will then be on a break. And the next poll will definitely include the American Revolution and Mexican-American War.

I hope this attempt at a compromise will please (or appease?) some of you. For those who love Napoleon, there's plenty here for you - and for those exhausted by Napoleon, there's a big geo-political-strategic history of WW2 in the pipeline, as well as light at the end of the tunnel. Whichever camp you fall into, I thank you for supporting the channel, and hope you will stick with us for the exciting projects ahead!
