GoThongs 0.11.7 - Patron test release

- New Challenge Dungeon: Gnoll Fort
- Players wiping on a challenge dungeon boss will now be molested for 20 sec before the encounter resets. Changed from instant revive.
- To implement the previous feature, I had to remove the code that instantly revives a player when a boss dies. Please play some older bosses to see if this causes issues.
I have 2 challenge dungeons left to do before the full game release. If you have any suggestions for one of them, please let me know!
