Holy crap it's a BARE update!

- After being deprecated for over a year and a half, the legacy BARE outfits have been removed. You now have to use the JasX HUD for stripping.
- Genital settings now require the JasX HUD.
- The manual has been updated with the recent changes.
- Added a link to the JasX group on the BARE dialog menu, as well as a notice that you need the JasX HUD for stripping.
- All the "orb" type effects (including snowballs and doge text) have been updated with improved visuals.
- All spell visuals have been updated. I'm personally fond of the new heal one.
- Alignment for many of the orb type visuals has been improved.
