This section contains data about generic preferences in games & hardware. As well as preferences within SL.

RPG remains the most popular genre.

Sci-fi and Fantasy remain the two most popular themes.

PVE remains much more popular than PVP.

New for this year was the modding section.

130 responses have experience with or interest in modding in general.

72 survey takers are interested in making a mod for GoThongs, 4 have already made a mod. If you're interested in modding, a good place to start is the GoThongs dev wiki!

This is what I call the Firestorm pacman. The vast majority of users primarily use Firestorm.

Windows 10 is the most popular gaming OS, followed by Windows 7.

So a lot of people don't know about the JasX steam group. If you want to join it, you can do so here.

I'm surprised about the amount of Firefox users. And I'd have thought Edge would be more popular, but the whole "other" category as a while is pretty small.

Sadly doge is going down again, so sad, not wow.

Not a lot of team red here! Quite a few potatoes tho.

Gonna be interesting to see what this looks like next year considering meltdown and spectre.

FullHD is the most popular resolution. It'll be fun to see if 2k & 4k adoption is increased next year.

Oddly enough I thought more people would be using multi-monitor setups, I always get frustrated if I only have one monitor.

Male and female avatars have an even split, and there are quite a few herms and shemales.

Furry remains the most popular avatar type among players.

Kemono is still the most used mesh body, followed by Maitreya.

Giving head and building PCs remain the most widespread talents. There are also quite a few users who consider themselves at least somewhat talented in writing. I hope I can capture some of that talent with Sexticuffs modding down the line.

Tomorrow's section will be the drama section and the real life demographic. The final section after that will deal with the fetish requests. That's usually the highlight of these surveys!
