Public Bugfix Update 0.4.5 & Status Report

- SL API script has been implemented. Still waiting for Toonie to write documentation for this.
- Lots of internal stuff have been improved for modders, see the github commits for full info on these changes.
- Fixed a bug causing players to be unable to cast spells while swimming
- You now regenerate mana faster while out of combat. Combat is started when you are the victim of a detrimental effect, or when you use a spell or ability, or are fighting a boss.
- Wearing a thong in world is no longer needed to play. But you will still need it for spell visuals.
- Added an invisible thong to the starter pack if you want the particles and sounds but you don't want to wear a thong.
- Added the rigged version of the solarian thong to the starter pack because why not?
- Renamed the unrigged thongs to make them easier to distinguish for new players.
- Cleanup should now reset the level spawn position and clear RLV locks.
- Fixed a bug causing interact to trigger multiple times.
- Fixed lots of bugs with the FX system.
- Fixed a rollback causing all triggers to break.
Status report for new level:
- Friendly NPCs: 2/3 meshed, 1/3 textured, 1/3 scripted
- New monster completed: Eye. Has only one attack which stuns players and causes them to fondle themselves for high arousal. Has no sex animations.
- Residue: A purple glob caused by demonic magic. Has a chance to slow attackers' casting when hit. Does have sex animations.
- Meshing of new level: 2/3rd done.
