Modding vs Profit

However, if I open up for modders to create their own classes or customize existing ones, they can just create clone classes and not bother with trading or crafting. Making custom modded thongs would also make trading weird as someone not affiliated with JasX can go in and freely change the info or delete the thong that you paid for.
Originally, if the Patreon was to fail, I intended on monetizing trading. Instead, I've decided to take the plunge and give full access to class modding (as soon as it's been tested) and purely fund it through Patreon. This also means the daily essence limit has been lifted, and trading won't be added to the game at all. Instead, you should just use crafting to unlock all the thongs.
This also means I need to shake up the stretch goals. Since I believe a non-SL game will reach a wider audience, I'm going to set a stretch goal at 600$.
If this is reached, I'm going to stick to the original plan of casting a vote once Breezy Mounds story is completed (3 more quests) and weapons are in the game. The vote will let players decide if I should make BiS or add another region and quest line to Game of Thongs.
If this is not reached before I'm done with Breezy Mounds, I'm going to call Game of Thongs development finished from my end (modders can still do what they want or fork the code) and get to work on BiS instead.
I feel freedom for modders is the best way to go.
