A few VibHub dev units left to claim!
Added 2018-08-11 13:01:32 +0000 UTCWe've finished the Patreon round of getting VibHub units out to developers, and now we'd like to get the final units out regardless of if you're a patron or not.
Currently we have 1 unclaimed devboard in the EU, and 2-3 unclaimed in the US. We're going to send you the board free of charge, you only need to cover the shipping cost.
Prerequisites
All you need to apply for a free dev board is to be somewhat familiar with at least one programming/scripting language that can send HTTP requests and/or use websockets. These include JavaScript, LSL, C/C#/C++, Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, Go, Shell, and many more.
You'll also need a micro USB charger of at least 1A (very common), and at least one phono or USB toy (also pretty common). We can provide suggestions if you can't figure out what to get.
The requirements are there because we're looking for people interested in making apps, scripts, and content that can utilize the VibHub. This version of the board is bulkier and comes with way more ports and LEDs for debugging than we intend for the final version. Perfect for development!
