GoThongs Balancing Part 2: DPS Boogaloo

Unchanged Specs
- Bard
- Ninja
- Necromancy
- Berserker
- Brawler
Summoning (Tentaclemancer)
- Eldritch Command: Eye damage reduced to 8, from 12, and now properly scales with difficulty. DoT damage reduced to 4, from 6.
Blade Dancer (Swordsinger)
- Blade Dance: Cooldown reduced to 20 sec, from 30 sec. Duration reduced to 10 sec, from 12 sec.
Hunter (Bowman)
- Decoy: Cooldown increased to 45 sec, up from 40.
- Focused Shot: No longer slows enemies.
Sniper (Bowman)
- Quick Shot: Damage done increased to 20, from 18.
- Disorienting Shot: Now instant cast.
Starcaller (Star Dreamer)
- Constellation: No longer causes photon star to restore HP. Now restores 20 HP, down from 30%.
- Photon Star: Now restores 7 HP whenever it's cast, and restores 100% of its mana cost when it crits (down from 150%).
Arcane (Mage)
- Phase Shift: Now restores 10% of your max HP when you dodge, instead of mana.
- Spell Lock: Cooldown reduced to 12 sec, was 15. Duration reduced to 10 sec, was 12. Now also does 6 damage.
Explosion (Mage)
- Prime: Cooldown increased to 8, was 5. HP restore reduced to 10%, was 15%.
- Pressure Wave: Damage taken reduction lowered to 40%, was 80%.
Depravity (Priest)
- Indulge: Now restores 12% of your max HP, was 12 HP.
- Obscenity:
- Now also increases max HP by 7.5% per stack.
- Added max stack cap of 15.
- Cooldown reduced to 25 sec, was 40.
- Now ticks every 1.5 sec, was 2.
- Damage boost reduced to 7.5% per stack, was 10% per stack.
Wind (Windflame)
- Cyclone: Now restores 20 mana when cast, so it won't fall off immediately if you have low mana.
Fire (Windflame)
- Each tick of Inferno now interrupts all enemies hit by it.
- Cauterize: No longer has an instant health restore, and now only has one charge. Now lasts 15 sec, was 12 sec.
As far as healers go, I'm going to need some of your feedback. Because setting up a test situation is going to be much more difficult than the DPS and tanks.
