Neil Breen - And the Other Way is Wrong
Added 2017-05-27 16:58:51 +0000 UTCHere's another love letter to a lesser known filmmaker. I find it admirable that Breen has done three films and is about to do his next one, all self-financed. He is committed to his work and possibly profitable.
One of the viewers said it best in this comment:
"Breen's actually fascinating. He's a director/actor/writer driven by pure id. He never once asks himself whether or not he should. He doesn't care about proper filmmaking or about good taste. His only concern is creating the exact movie he wants...
He wants to make movies and daggumit, he's going to do it. He's done it. A lot of people talk the talk, going on and on about their screenplays and how they're going to be a great director or whatever. At some point though, you've got to put up or shut up, y'know, shit or get off the pot. And oh boy has Neil Breen taken some massive shits..."
