But my experience is informed by having actually lived it, which is not the same as viewing it. Sure, you don't have the "self-improvement angle" but more-so missing how it was physically uncomfortable and not fun to be a part of, despite how the footage is cut to tell you differently. It's interesting to hear the dichotomy of experience between viewer and creator, in this context.
