15 Crazy Castlevania Fan-Games

It's been a crazy few weeks. so let's go back to the beginning...

I went away on holiday for about a week to a pretty mediocre getaway. I am far more used to sunny getaways filled with big theme parks and what have you. However, Isle of Wight was super cheap (like literally £50 accommodation with vouchers) and it was super cold and super wet!

Regardless, the kids enjoyed it, and we made the most of it! It was great to have a proper getaway for the 1st time in years. It has gotta be said tho that next year's trip to Florida is gonna be pretty tough to beat :)

Anyway, I got back, a couple of prepped videos went up and the PC started acting weird. No big deal by this point and shortly after I had the privilege of attending Ashens movie showing in London with a whole heap of Retro Gaming YouTubers in attendance, it was great fun as you would expect and I even shot some b-roll for the SEGAWORLD video :) https://twitter.com/SlopesGameRoom/status/1454553950808641543?s=20

Anyway, I get back and realise that the PC is really starting to play up now, programs are malfunctioning, everything is super slow, my left screen kept just turning off! it was all sorts of odd. The time for a complete re-install was needed. But on top of that, in order to boost up those render times, I decided to upgrade my CPU to a Ryzen 9 5950X Processor :) very nice indeed :D

I then found out that my pc needed more cooling for the new CPU, so I went for water cooling and that required a new case so I got that and VOILA!!!! several days later, I finally have a new PC!!!!

But before all that I did my Tommy Interview. As you know I cut the interview into 2 segments, Part 1 is as usual all about the history of the dude himself and Part 2 is all about the Amico.

Now, the interview mostly consisted of other people's questions. but due to the hardcore hate for that console, it got absolutely swamped with hatred. of course, you guys get to see the unedited version right here... https://youtu.be/v2Sf9f03C1A

To say I wasn't expecting the backlash is an understatement, I knew a few people would bring it up, but the sheer volume of tiny channels ripping it apart completely opened my eyes. I was lost for words. I actually ended up getting quite personal. 

Not to worry, I'm a big boy I can handle it. What I didn't expect to happen would be for parody accounts taking the piss out of the channels taking the piss out of me and then getting accused of being behind them myself!!!! It was absolutely bonkers!!!

Thankfully its started to all calm down now. I just can't get over how it all ended up happening! drama isn't my bag and I found myself right in the middle of it all!

Anyway, onto more positive things, as stated my PC is all up and running now, with slightly sped up rendering times (I think I need to play around with the options to really speed it up to the max, which I will tinker with other the coming weeks/months)

Which finally brings us to now :P

This video was REALLY FUN TO MAKE, I discovered so many awesome fan games when making my Castlevania video and I have been thinking "I need to make a list of the best ones" this is that list :)

Of course the actually rendering of something like this is a hell of a lot easier to make than practically everything else I do, but still, I had great fun :) Hopefully if it takes off I would love to do more fan lists in between the massive complete history and kickscammer videos which are taking longer and longer to make.
