Leaving Gotham City to attend university hadn't been a decision that Tim Drake undertook lightly but his studies were just as important to him as his crimefighting and that made for a difficult situation. It had eventually been his adopted father, Bruce Wayne - the Batman, who had convinced him to leave. After all it wasn't as if Batman would be fighting alone now that Bruce's biological son Damian was in the picture as Robin. Tim was free to continue his role as Red Robin in a new city, just as Dick had as Nightwing in Bludhaven.
Unfortunately the arrival of one of Bruce Wayne's famous adopted son and Red Robin in Lunar City hadn't gone unnoticed. Very few would have made the connection but the Entrancer was unlike most. He saw the world differently from others, even from other supervillains, as it was nothing more than a playground to him with all of its occupants being puppets for him to control as he saw fit. Tim Drake was one such puppet and the arrival of the young vigilante had caught the interest of the Entrancer.
The 'fish out of water' aspect of being in a new city with none of his closest friends or allies around him had Tim somewhat on edge and he was certain that somebody was following him throughout the city on a daily basis but could never seem to corner his supposed stalker. Even when suited up and jumping between rooftops he was unable to track down whichever individual was keeping a close eye on him. A part of Tim wondered whether it was Bruce or one of his friends just making sure that he was safe in the new city but there was always the possibility of something dangerous going on and his years working with the Batman had caught Tim that he always had to presume the worst.
Unfortunately for the young hero he had already fallen under the spell of the Entrancer who had been manipulating the other's mind for weeks, subtly removing himself from Tim's sight and causing the other's paranoia to rise with each passing day. He was only making himself more emotionally and mentally vulnerable which heightened the villain's powers, giving him the ability to not just change what Tim saw but also what he thought - and soon, even his physical being.
With the stress of the unknown building up, Tim thought to alleviate some of it by working out in a more public place rather than the home gym in his luxury apartment (paid for with Wayne money, of course). It was highly unlikely anybody would attack him in a public place so he would at least have a couple hours each day that he could focus on working up a sweat and making sure his body was in tip-top condition. Tim had been told time and time again that he had an obsessive personality but he didn't see what was so wrong with being dedicated to his diet and exercise. He would always scoff when Dick and Jason snacked on chips or candy, all too aware of the fact that even the smallest bite would cause his stomach to start bloating. His genetics weren't always the nicest to him which is why he had to be strict with himself if he wanted to maintain the lean and shredded appearance he had carefully constructed.
Truthfully even such a public place could not help Tim escape the obsessed Entrancer. Without even realising he was putting on a show for the older man, flexing his muscles and pushing his body to the limits. Tim was gorgeous and his body was toned but the Entrancer wanted more from him so he would ensure that the young hero kept growing. It was so easy too, all he had to do was slip a garment in the other's gym bag and wait for him to discover it.
Sure enough the next day Tim arrived at the gym wearing the compression shirt bearing the Batman logo, a playful smirk on his lips as he believed that nobody other than himself saw the funny side. He hadn't even realised that he'd never even purchased the shirt and that it had mysteriously appeared in his bag - but that was once again just another ploy from his stalker. Tim's mind was nothing more than putty in his hands and was oh so easy to mold as he saw fit.
With the young man falling further and further under his control, the Entrancer began making his desired changes to Tim's physical form over the following few days. Each day Tim's shoulders were a little broader and his muscles a little bigger, with the Batman compression shirt getting pushed further and further. He wore it for his gym session every day like a uniform, unknowingly compelled to wear it by his new master whenever he worked out. He didn't even wash the garment between sessions, letting the funk of sweat build up over the week. He was strangely turned on by the scent and started a tradition of jerking off in the gym showers after finishing his workout each day, always unknowingly performing for an invisible audience.
By the seventh day of changes Tim was totally unrecognisable both physically and mentally. His Red Robin costume - which he hadn't donned all week since surrendering to the Entrancer's power - wouldn't have fit around his muscular body if he dared try to squeeze into it. That hardly mattered though as he had completely forgotten where he'd even hidden it. In fact his whole career as a crime fighter seemed like nothing more than a strange dream he'd had a long time ago and not a major driving force in his life, leaving him to question just how real it had been.
With the former hero's body enhanced to reflect the Entrancer's desires and his mind open and vulnerable, the villain saw fit to complete his creation by irrevocably altering the other's identity from Tim Drake to Tommy Jacobs. Where Tim had a high-level intellect, Tommy had flunked out of high school after achieving abysmal grades. Tim was highly analytical while Tommy was naive and narrow-minded. Tim cared about others and Tommy only cared about himself. The two were distinct individuals but only one remained to serve the Entrancer.
Finally the villain lifted the veil from his victim's eyes and revealed himself to the former Teen Titan. Much to his delight Tommy immediately dropped to his knees, offering his large powerful body in servitude of his new master without question. The Entrancer knew that Batman and his squad of goons would no doubt appear in Lunar City to find their missing comrade but he was already concocting a plan to bring them all under his spell and he was sure that Tommy would be a great help in that...
