I'm not the world's biggest fan of John Carpenter's In the Mouth of Madness, but I certainly am a sucker for a fictional book being turned into a real one. I believe this is actually the work of Michael De Luca (who wrote the script for the film). It is a clever idea even 30 years later! You can find the book in paperback or hardcover through brick and mortar book sellers, or online.
My collection of Sutter Cane paperbacks came from a Patron of the Necronomicon project, and make me smile every time I look at them.
