Actually that's from Thai mythology about Siamese cats, I've had it on my fursona before I even knew of furry online. It was about how Princess bathed and put her rings on the cats tail for safe keeping. The cat tied a knot in it's tail to keep the rings safe explaining why Siamese often have kinked tails.
