Personal: Memorial Fundraiser for Jack
Added 2022-10-07 14:41:52 +0000 UTCAs previously mentioned, October is my favorite month. But it's also bittersweet because it's the month in which I lost my sweet cat last year and my grandfather back in 2008 (obligatory "fuck cancer" for both of them)
I was in college when I lost my grandfather so I didn't have the money to do any kind of donation thing in his memory, but I'm older now so I can do something for my Jack.
Since I got him from a local shelter I decided I wanted to donate to one in his memory. But then I thought how most of the time when I donate to something it's because someone put something in front of me. Like I like to donate to things that are important to me, but I don't usually think about it on my own.
