Day/Night system

I've made a simple day/night system, this is how it works:

In the next update, doing certain actions such as repeatable scenes or some quest events will progress time. Each day there will be about 24 hours, major actions will progress the time by 8 and minor actions will progress the time by 4. At a certain time at night, Alissa will get tired and you will need to make her rest until the next morning.

"Why limit the actions?" Well, while I want the game to have free roam I would also want to put some limits to have a proper pace for the game. Without the limitations, players can just spam repeatable events and do everything in one day. The bad thing about the latter is that I have plans to have certain events appear on other days.

I was originally consider to implement this in far future updates but that would be messier and harder to do since I would need to change a lot of stuff. So it's a better decision to do it now than later.

I personally don't see any downsides with this, plus, I can add time-specific events. Maybe Alissa can only do certain things while it's night time?
