2D vs 3D

Recently we were asked a curious question - why is SEXPERIMENT made exactly in 3D?
Yes, we agree that 3D is harder in create to do than 2D. There are many problems and shortcomings, some of which have not yet been eliminated. But at the same time the game is voluminous and animate, it is more natural. And we think it's better!
But at the same time, the question was made us think - what if SEXPERIMENT was in 2D? Something like a visual novel, where you conduct experiments by operated the parameters of the characters, and the result is illustrated by beautiful but static renderers.
Would you like to play in such variant of the game?
