Pro Max: AI Text to Image Converter App - Stable Diffusion

This month's Patreon app will be an AI-powered Text To Image Converter app that will make use of Apple's Stable Diffusion Core ML Models.For more, check out the Apple Stable Diffusion Github page.
This app is built for macOS and can also be easily ported to iOS by simply adding these two capabilities in the App Signing and Capabilities Section.

Stable diffusion is in its early days, so it's very limited. Please check out the following requirements:
1. It requires an Apple silicon-based Mac to run the app.
2. If you prefer to run it on iOS, you must need an iPhone 12 Pro Max or higher.
3. This project is around 2.3 GB, so please verify whether you have proper internet to download the entire project file.
Note:
Since Patreon allows a maximum file size of 200 MB, I split up the file. Please see the video to know how to extract the file properly.
Or Steps,
1. Get The Unarchiver (Free App) from the Mac App Store.
2. Download all the files attached here and put them in a separate folder.
3. Right-click, AITextToImage zip -> select Others -> Select UnArchiver.
