We also know that you are adequate and polite (tested by time). We never had a problem. But sometimes (already twice) I had to swear here. This is really very annoying. We don't care what level this person subscribed to, he/she will either apologize and become part of our world with you, or get his/her money back and "goodbye". Everything is anonymous of course.
