I’ve heard Craft and a few others have been able to pull of using the native tab bar + a custom button. Any idea how they’d get the tab bar to move over and make space for that?

Do you know why that custom tab bar has a grey tint sometimes? https://imgur.com/a/ENsuz7L It's like every other time I launch my app, it has that tint, and is normal the other times. Thank you for your help!

There are instances where we genuinely need to customize the tab bar’s appearance, such as removing only the glass background without eliminating the liquid lens effect when dragging Or we may require the tab bar to be pushed or positioned in a custom location, or we might want to add a custom view in either horizontal or vertical position, etc. The default tab bar lacks extensive customization options, making this video particularly useful for those who desire a custom tab bar while maintaining the same feel as the native one.

Whats the difference between this & just using a built in system TabView?

Michael

Same question - I'm looking for a way that the Tab bar will always stay on top, even if the user opens a full screen item (same interaction as Apple News)

Is it possible to incorporate this with the half sheet from your FindMy example?
