Extreme Medical Issues (Updated)

You may have noticed I haven't posted anything in days/weeks...
I've been dealing with an EXTREME flare up of Dermatitis all over my face, torso, insides of my arms and legs (photo comperes my normal skin to the inflamed/damaged skin). Could be a reaction to medication, could be organ related, or some fluke of my already severe eczema. I've been trying to work on it for about a MONTH now, including multiple trips to the doctor (going in tomorrow to hopefully get an injection). This is the worst I've been with more pain than I've had in a decade, and I fear the worst. But I have barely had the will to exist, let alone do any work. Hospital is out of the question during the epidemic, as with my immune issues, catching Coronavirus while in the crowded ER would be a death sentence for me.

I don't know what I believe anymore, but any prayers, well-wishes are happily accepted.
If you are able, donations are being accepted at this time. I know things are rough for everyone out there, and one overdue utility bill won't likely get us turned off.

If this turns out to be the worst case scenario, and this is the last sign of my organs failing, please know that I love you all and have enjoyed serving your desires for these years. I hope to survive this to bring you more.

Update:

(Update):
I made it through the night, was tempted to call an ambulance a couple times, but I made it.
let me explain a little for those of you who may not know what this is:

Atopic dermatitis is eczema, a chronic skin rash that ranges from dry, itchy, and mildly inconvenient on a good day, to weeping, infected, unrelenting pain on the worst of days (Imagine the worst sunburn you could have, then rub that in poison ivy. It hurts to sit still, it hurts worse to move, it itches, but scratching it makes it worse, and then if it gets infected it can spread all over the body and become even more of a nightmare. A nightmare I had to live years ago off and on.

The body is doing this usually in reaction to something it sees as a threat (like when your body had a peanut allergy. The nut isn't actually harmful, but the body overreacts to it and you have severe reactions that can even threaten your life). But even with extensive expensive testing, there may not be any one simple trigger in foods, drugs, or the environment to avoid.

Doctors treat you with cordicosteroids, which force the immune system to stand down by weakening it. These are damaging to the organs so you can't be on them long (and they cause cancer over time as well). They also leave you open to infection and disease. The body also over-reacts when you are off of them, causing your previous symptoms to return stronger. So for a couple years, my life went in a cycle of:
- Eczema gets so bad I can't be awake without the kind of pain that would make anyone suicidal.
- Doctor treats it with steroid cream, pills, or injections.
- Feel better for maybe a week.
- Steroids ware off, eczema returns as bad or worse, now it's infected.
- Doctor gives antibiotic for infection and more steroids.

This cycle lasted far too long. I try so many diets, pills, lifestyle changes, home remedies, baths, lotions, ointments, oils, flushes, soaps, light therapy, etc. It's been 12+ years since the diagnosis, and I've lived with it, somehow found ways to manage it to only see it react somewhat badly (about 1/2 this bad at worst) sometimes. I don't know what happened to me this last month, a drug reaction, some environmental change, something I ate, my fatty liver disease getting worse... no idea, but it's back again.

At the moment I'm hesitating to go to the doctor as long as I can (I was just there for antibiotics 10 days ago) because I know this will lead back the hopeless loop of steroids/infections as before. I'm currently trying to detox via the usual supplements and a diet of all broccoli. I'm hoping for the best, but I don't know what to do otherwise.

This is an auto-immune disease, as I mentioned above, like how a peanut can be deadly to a person with an allergy because the body over-reacts. Coronavirus is exceptionally dangerous to people with auto-immune diseases because of how it works; The virus attacks and destroys your lung cells, and a healthy person's immune system destroys the infected cells. But with with an auto-immune disease, the body will begin by attacking the ALL the lung cells even if they aren't a threat. And the person dies slowly as their lungs are slowly liquefied til they can't breath anymore. So I'm dealing with this personal hell, and the threat of catching a disease that will kill me slowly and painfully as hospital staff can't even keep themselves from catching the virus.
