The month started normally at first, and we even had one of our favorite house guest for a week. But right around mid-month, the stack of problems my wife and I have been dealing with just kind of overflowed. She has been dealing with mental illness and therapy to help her cope, and this whole year has been the worst of it. And since I am not exactly fully neurotypical myself, that has strained our home life a lot. More stress and strain in every other aspect of life lead to more stress and disagreements, which leads to crippling depression and other problems. I have been doing things, but very little of them are Patreon reward related; Haven't had a month this unproductive since my eczema-hell in 2020. I don't want to alienate you all as my supporters. You are how I earn rent doing what I love, and I am sorry for letting you down. I am writing this whole August month off as one big "Mental Health Sick Leave". I am hoping for better months and return to my usual form very soon. Thanks for staying with me.
