2019-08-30 14:34:05 +0000 UTCRE: Complaining to companies when they they stop doing something you like. ABSOLUTELY you should complain and make your voice heard! Companies NEED feedback, both positive and negative. I don't know why, but many people see it as a bad trait to be a person who complains, but I truly believe that you should. For the digital vs paper ticket thing, I can absolutely understand WHY they did it, but if people complain enough, perhaps a middle ground can be reached, with printed tickets by request, but not as standard. But if nobody says anything, if everyone just says 'this sucks, oh well!' then of course nothing will change. Everybody loves to complain to themselves and their friends, but not to the people who actually need to hear it. Make the call. Send the email. Send a handwritten letter. Do whatever you need to. And maybe, just maybe, things will go right. <3
