Ooh, the Darrell Green and Deion disrespect. I 100% agree that the average level of athletic ability and performance in pro sports improves year over year, and that pretty much any pro team from our era would beat the shit out of any team from 20-30 years ago. But some players are outliers in any era, and Darrell and Deion are among them. Darrell ran a 4.43 40 at age 50!

Otis made a point to put a beautiful African-American queen on his “Soul Album” cover once he had control over his own content. I like to think it was a big “F”-you to the industry.
