Hi everyone!
Lately I've been less active due to a flood of things I had to take care of (and because I was in NYC). I'm back now with a new exclusive series!
I want to explain a bit more the things I care about while arranging, let you pick my brain a bit, These aren't pure lessons, just demonstrations.
Also, my hair is absolutely tragic in this video.. so enjoy that exclusive display too.
Regardless if you're a musician or not, let me know what you find most interesting in my arranging, and I will make sure to explain and show it in another episode of the series!
In this one I talk about:
-Finding basic harmony, how simple music theory is key to find chords.
-How melody + bass essentially convey the whole track by themselves.
-Utilizing gaps and pauses in the music to be original.
-Immediately solving problems with tools that you build up.
Again, these aren't lessons, they are showcases of how I approach things, and if you want you can implement these thought processes yourself too!
