I went to an all boys catholic high school on the south side of Chicago. We pretty much just had a cafeteria. The seniors could go outside by the football field area in the summer months which was just September/May really. Never heard of a "quad" until I got to college.

2021-06-17 02:06:38 +0000 UTCIn minnesota I went to a school in the city, they let all the kids just walk around the business food court and in the downtown area. There was a park in between two of the buildings (our “quad”). Most of the music/theater kids walked a few blocks away and ate cigarettes and weed for lunch.

2021-06-15 13:01:55 +0000 UTCHere in Indiana we had a big cafeteria room where pretty much everybody hung out during lunch. We had a small outdoor courtyard too, but nobody ever really spent time out there (winter here is real).
