A wild part people forget is that Lori is his stepdaughter - she took his last name when her mom married Steve. Also when you see the same people in very public-facing relationships, it's probably PR. I wouldn't be surprised if Lori casually dates these men and then her team encourages these relationships to be "high-profile" to elevate her career.
