I’m from south Jersey and I love Mack and manco pizza. Technically manco and manco now bc the families dissolved their partnership a while back. And then I think there was some tax evasion situation after that, it’s giving sopranos. Still good pizza though.

Loving the podcast just a correction for last week when Pauly said "perks of the stripes" the stripes he's referring too are military stripes worn on shoulders that denote rank not pinstripe suits, you'll notice alot of talk of being soldiers etc and that's another example

I’d franchise a Raising canes. Menus is like 5 items Pizza: I don’t really care for national chains. I like the local mom and pop shops. But in Seattle I do love Pagliacci Pizza although I haven’t had it like 10 years. I currently live South Carolina and our go to is Famularis Pizza.

First, I gotta say Americans must have a different Papa Johns recipe: because DAMN is the Canadian version trash. Sometimes I fear that God (Shaq) has abandoned us. The ranking for chains here goes: 1. Pizza Hut (at its best, sometimes too greasy) 2. Dominos 3. Papa Johns 4. Little Caesars Locally, there’s a spot in my city called Woodenheads that does wood-fired pizza in a big ol’ custom brick oven they’ve been using for like 30 years. My life goal is to open an even better one and become the new Pizza Capo of the city.

If you ever find yourself in beautiful Chapel Hlll, NC, Italian Pizzeria III is The Place to Be. Doubly so if you're looking for Spotagools, because it's a hot spot for the UNC basketball team (I'm pretty sure they eat free.) It's just a standard NY-style pizza place but the pies are killer. Large cheese and a pitcher of beer for under $20 Tuesdays and Sundays. There's a place away from campus in a strip mall called Quesa Pizza that has turned into a hybrid Mexican restaurant/Pizza joint. They've got a couple of specialty pizzas with a refried bean base in place of sauce and then topped with burrito filling-style meats and peppers. There's even a birria pizza served with a cup of consome for dipping.
