Slow but sure I am building my body back. Not just physically but mentally what it needs to be in order to handle life. Mindset is a big part.
I appreciate where my body is as at this moment. And in time I will be at a place I feel more comfortable with where I want it and how I want it to function.
What I’ve learnt works best for me. Is to put a lot of effort into my body but little thought. Meaning not thinking about it, but working on it constantly. It seems like I think about it a lot but that’s kind of a byproduct of posting for you all. I sit and reflect on how I feel but not necessarily how I think about myself when I post these. Bit of the nature of things with sharing yourself.
