Phone Mic Test - MISC

I recently did a little project where I turned an old landline telephone into a microphone! Here you can listen to my first test of it.
I love the sound of voices through the phone, especially older ones. While I've made this effect before in editing, I wanted something a little more authentic.
Let me know what you think! And what kind of audios you think would sound good through the telephone :)
I'll definitely do this again, trying different styles and ages of phones. Have you ever done any nifty projects?
