I agree with your Kyle Shanahan assessment-he is too cool for school in terms of emotional intelligence and it seems like he lets his ego speak way too much for the game plan. Yes-we know you are an offensive genius-but THE GAME IS NOT ABOUT YOU and your play calls. Not the complete game. I feel and agree that this is THE year to have something to show for oneself. No more choking games away in the Super Bowl. If you lose deservingly so in the playoffs-so be it. I sense that this is the year the 49ers may get a bit tired of Kyle-if some of the same stuff keeps happening. Injuries are one thing-but from the game time roster choices to this ridiculous Trey Lance insertion when it really REALLY doesn't help or hide the play call-the honeymoon is over.

I've always thought that Jimmy G. is not the brightest bulb but he does have guts and a quick release but I'm hoping Trey works his way in at some point. Jimmy is playing well for now, but his habit of only throwing over the middle is now well known.

I just see a whole lot of chaos and violence. Also, I read somewhere that the true playing time of an NFL match is about a quarter of an hour. Just curious what exactly is the entertainment I'm missing here. Btw, no disrespect intended, just want to learn something.
