Considering how having young players, some of whom were in their 2nd and 4th years in the NBA, was part of the reason why we struggled this year, why would we be excited about or intend to keep anyone at the 19th pick? I don't understand this attitude. Like I doubt this santa clara kid is going to be as good as JK, Moses, or even PBJ (who just got traded) or JP, and considering how those players were judged to not be worthy of minutes on a championship team, why will this or any kid be any different? This is like spending the regular season trying to decide whether Lamb or Jerome will get their contract converted: might be fun to think about, but when it's time to win games nobody will care cause neither player will be a part of the rotation. Same goes for this kid.

Great. Now we are even SMALLER with CP and Podz, and addressed exactly NONE of the outstanding issues with this roster construction. Guess we are just waiting for Looney to hit that growth spurt huh? I hate the pick. Absolutely hate it. We dont need a better Ty Jerome. We needed size and athleticism on defense and that could open up the floor for Curry and co on offense. Does Podz open up the floor? In theory sure. But how often is he gonna be playing alongside Curry or Klay? WHY DID WE GO EVEN SMALLER WHAT THE FUCK.
