Dump Poole and keep Donte. I'd give you 2 Pooles for 1 Donte. Poole will be a culture and cap killer wherever he goes. Thinking back on his mega salary signing and subsequent knock out I'll bet Dray knew that Pooles 140 million was going to wreck Dray's money and have adverse affects for the coming Steph/Klay/Dray window going forward. I'm not condoning the punch but I believe Dray knew that signing Poole and his zero D attitude would be a Warrior killer.

His defense has been fine since being on the pistons....while ours is still piss poor. Maybe Wiseman wasn't the problem but the coaching and loss of Mike brown....it takes a coach to put a guy in a position to succeed. Also this notion that he couldn't develop wise is a joke. Minutes will help him develop, he is already better them lamb, Jerome and jmg...3 guys who played over him and suck on defense. Well I think like Alch said in his video on big men, we just need an "emergency" big, not someone who is necessarily going to play heavy minutes. Someone who can go in tough situations or tough matchups, give us high effort for a short amount of time, burn up 6 fouls if needed, etc.

I think he only looks nervous because his ballhandling is still a bit suspect. If he works on his ballhandling and improves it over the offseason, it would be HUGE for his game. His handle is keeping him from attacking the rim and getting through traffic.

Tough to watch these games at times.. On one hand, down 3 starters and a win should absolutely be celebrated. I'm glad they did correct the 3 pt trigger finger at times but it gets frustrating to see so many layups turned into 3 pt atttemps. While I can accept losing due to not playing as well, it's so hard to watch when they just make dumb plays. With that last 30 seconds, they should have just lost the game. They almost deserved to.

The most the Dubs can offer Donte is like 7m/yr. He should be able to get 14m+/yr easy unless he flames out badly in the playoffs.

My uneducated take on Kuminga. I think he's trying his best to fit in the dubs offense so he doesn't get benched - which is not his natural play style. So, it's kinda holding him back. I think they just gotta ease up & let him play a bit more- more drives/slashes & get him passes in the post so we can see what he can do. Seems to me like he gets the ball around the perimeter alot of times & he gets nervous or something hes gonna get pulled, so he just passes the ball. Poole idk. keepin the fingers crossed

JK is gonna take a leap I think, he's being developed very well and making fewer and fewer mistakes. His shooting form is good, so I think it's going to improve. JP needs some vets around him, like last year. this year they put way too many youngsters around JP and asked him to carry the bench. Next year put some smart defensive vets around JP and let him be part of something rather than carrying.

Will always love Klay games. Seems like the season is toast with the Draymond MRI news. Just enjoying the rest of the games now, no expectations. Lamb, Kuminga, and Looney also worked their tails off in this game...lots of hustle.

I'd be down w that. Donte fits really well & def think they need a more OG type player. Either way, i think they gotta shake things up in the offseason, perhaps get off this 2 timeline idea & go all in w Steph & Klay offense. If they keep winning & treat players well I'm sure they won't have trouble signing younger talent when the time comes. Also, def don't want to get rid of Kuminga. He's the bright spot in all these young guys imo

if it can bring back a starting caliber wing or forward and save enough cash to keep donte, it's definitely something they'll consider. we heard they were in deep about OG, and now Brooklyn has a surplus of wings. if Dray leaves, exchanging some of this guard depth may become a necessity to supplement the lack of frontcourt talent.

Not to overreact - but you have to think Poole’s primary value to the Warriors is his ability to lead the offense when Steph’s out. Putting aside Poole’s rough season, Klay’s play over the past couple months might have made Poole more of a luxury than a necessity, no?

Klay on some other shit. Him lately is probably the last bit of hope for this season. But its also a small dilemma into looking at the future of this squad. If Klay is like this for the next 2-3 years.. that changes the dynamic of the timeline. Now that they have moved Wiseman.. its imperative for them to keep this core together and let it play out like the Spurs. Might as well right? I do think we need one more impact player on the roster. Preferably a big. Would have loved to see Vando or Naz on the roster
