2023-09-19 06:01:59 +0000 UTCLoving the 49ers breakdowns. Please keep them going! This game was annoying on a lot of levels but after sleeping on it, I will bregrudgingly tip my hat to McVay. Their gameplan offensively worked to near perfection until the end. Offensively for the 49ers, if Purdy hits those deep balls, we're talking nearly dropping a 50 burger on the rams. Im hoping that was just an off day for Purdy and we arent getting the second coming of Jimmy Overthrow. Despite short weeks being awful for potential injuries, they got a mini "chicken soup" game this Thursday. The giants are coming off a miracle win but its clear the Cards are full on tanking by playing hard for 3 quarters and then letting the other team win lol.

2023-09-19 04:50:35 +0000 UTCDivisional games never play out the way we expect. McVay and Shanahan are masters at scheming offenses to take advantage of an opponent's weaknesses. With the deep ball, there's definitely not a lot of air underneath Purdy's throws but at least Shanahan has trust in Purdy to actually dial up these plays.

Purdy looked as rough as he ever has for us but that means his floor is basically a Jimmy G which isn't bad at all. I'm gonna guestimate that with some more reps w/ the team and his receiving corp, he'll get better at those mid-deep balls though I'm not sure he's got a mega deep ball in there

But I think the nba is still broadcasting 720 for the most part. But Iβm working on upping the quality. Might come at the cost of 60fps tho so idk
