Not saying they won’t, but everyone else can get demoted if they aren’t delivering. Those two can’t. I really wonder if the entire last season would’ve gone different if Klay hadn’t been so bad at the start. It was totally understandable, but treating one guy with kid gloves undermines the whole culture and gives everyone an out to chase their own agenda.

I remember Moody made a couple of nasty stepback 3s in the post season.. shot clock whining down type shots... and they looked super smooth as if its actually in his bag. Our bench is looking super strong... Im feeling much more optimistic about this season than last season

But on court, pretty much everything people say about Moody’s mentality is actually true for JK, and everything people say about JK’s mentality is actually true about Moody. I hope they both prosper, but Moody’s final form is as a bucket getter, not some elevated three & D guy.

If so we need to cut bald Brad Wanamaker and get that extra wing defender 😂 Wiggs being Kuminga’s sidekick was hilarious bc I feel like Kuminga is basically Wiggins if he had that alpha mentality. And bigger and probably even more athletic. Not that we need that mentality from Wiggs but you just love to see it from the young buck. Think Moody is getting lost in the shuffle of Kuminga hype bc what he does is so unspectacular but it’s so steady. He looks like a shooter’s shooter, that second backpedaling 3 is not for everyone. And then just showing a little more in the bag with those mid rangers.

I wish lineups were pure meritocracy but dealing with feelings may be a big part of his job in the near future. The stalled Klay talks reminded me why Meyers wanted to spend more time with his family.

I just hope it’s clear throughout the year.. kerr has the courage to sit Klay or Wiggins if Kuminga has proven to simply just be a better player at this point in his career

A small request that would make casting easier regardless of host: a small opening credit of a few seconds so when it goes from phone to TV we don't lose your opening remarks without rewinding.
