Say WHATEVER you want about Draymond, but you can't deny he's come in on the FIRST year of a legacy contract that helped the team out and he's looking like the kind of player that's hungry for a new contract elsewhere. The irony of him being the most desirable asset right now on the team is kinda staggering. He's a ridiculous personality at times, but the man adores hoops 1st and then decided he adores the warriors franchise 2nd, and we gotta give him his flowers for it.

2023-12-04 23:18:47 +0000 UTCAside from the young guys, GP2 was one of the few people keeping us competitive. That was clear about him the last two seasons (whether he was on the court, or not). The roster is just imbalanced AF, there's a GIANT hole of size and energy, and all the shooting in the world won't help close it, especially now that every team has personnel who can drain threes at over 40%.

2023-12-02 21:33:44 +0000 UTCI actually agree; not because I don't like Wiggs, I do (even though I couldn't abide that anti-vaxx shit) I think if we look at this with a cold eye, we try to move Wiggs because he is tradeable, someone's likely to want him. If we could pull off something like CP and Wiggs for Siakam, or really any other skilled size, I do that in a heartbeat. Wiggs COULD shake off the slump and return to his championship form, but if he doesn't show signs of that real soon, then I think we put him on the market.

Not trying to disrespect CP3, he's got an amazing skillset even at his age, it's just not really the skillset we really need right now. We need athleticism and size to make up for the aging core, period. Everyone knows it, everyone says it. CP is just making that problem worse.

So if you think it has to do with the style of play of CP3 could affect the play of the whole team in the long term. Great content as always!

I’ve noticed this a while cause my old man now has a similar thing after a surgery – struggles to build prope r muscle in that inner calf. Subtle but once you see it, pretty obvious. Next time you watch Klay, check the right leg compared to the left. A front on view and you’ll see the muscles aren’t even. Not sure if this means he’s not generating even force when he pushes up for a jumper or if he don’t feel stable landing on it. Ultimately not sure if that’s the issue though because he still shot 40% last year. Prob more of a factor with general movement around the court. You think looney out of shape or you think they’ve told him to put on too much muscle? He looks so immobile out there. Two years ago he was doing an okay job on the likes of Tatum and Luka. Shame we can’t drop Klay to the bench and make him earn his spot like in any other sport.

But I'm convinced if Wash had to take the Toxic Joran the Tool Poole to offload CP3 don't think there is any interest around the league in CP3 at his salary point. It's so easy to ignore the money and just say trade CP3 for this guy or that guy but it's how much does the salary match the players worth. That's what matters, it's not just this team might want CP3 let's trade for a big. The only guy we are going to get is someone whose salary is way too high for his current worth....Like CP3 for instance. Poole was worthless with that 128 million 4 year anvil of a salary around his neck, now CP3 is that guy only short term, Klay is the same at 40 million plus for this year. Both are nearly Untradable. I wish it wasn't this way believe me, Klay is driving me nuts.

Honestly we're in a tough spot decision wise on the rest of the year. The core/starters haven't shown that they can flip the switch against these young hungry teams, so trading away young assets at the moment doesn't make sense. MDJ will probably wait until the trade deadline to make any moves/scope out the landscape.

Especially if that team has some Lux Tax Room, they might be willing to give him that big final contract that his ego requires. He can come back to GSW later on a Vet Min, like Andre did, after he gets bought out, and then retire as a Warrior. It's obvious that this team, and this offense, Runs On Youthful Energy. Kerr's system demands quick, athletic, switchable players. Use Klay's contract to get younger, faster, and smarter in the back court. Trading bench guys is a terrible idea. The Bench Guys we have this season are carrying this team.

Ive never thought he was an elite coach and always thought (like kerr to some degree) benefited from having Lebron on his team and an overall elite roster. As gp2 got hurt i think bringing Alex Caruso and Andre Drummond both Can fill that gap very well and Steve likes Caruso too so he can finish games too. I don’t care who we give up Paul or Kuminga. As good as cp has been he is not a system fit and his pace hurt us and he is not the defender he once was not even the scorer he once was and talking about Kuminga he is too inconsistent on both offense and defense if they want to take full advantage of Steph’s time here they have to pull this trade. This fills the gp2 hole left behind and we get a good rebounding and defending center. I hope you talk about this in the next video. Thanks
