Those kinds of guys aren't exactly available for us given that our assets are composed of either old, overpaid vets or young players whose value has been depreciated as a result of Kerr's mishandling of them. It would be easier for Steph and the Warriors to just part ways. He would get another chance to win a championship while we get valuable assets to move into a new era of Warriors basketball.

But let's be real, the odds of us re-tooling a contender around Steph given our assets' current value seem rather slim. If a team is willing to overpay for a 35-year-old Steph, I would be very open to doing that. It would allow us to speed up the rebuild and give Steph a chance to win one more championship. I believe that is a much better outcome for both parties than watching Steph drag along a mediocre roster for the next 3-4 years.

Extract as much off the market for Klay, CP, Wiggs and even Draymond if someone wants to give a protected first And try to find a way to get Markkanen - Is it an answer to how to become a contender this year? No, cause there likely isn't one. But I'd argue - Curry, Mood, Kuminga, Markkanen, TJ-D is just a straight-up better team than running Klay & Andrew minutes - and a 2nd half of the season trying to make the playoffs with a new squad will best prep for a possible contender in the 2024-25 season. If Danny didn't want to trade Lauri, he wouldn't have put the "5 1st round pick" stuff out into the ethos. There are ways to cop together 3 firsts and include Podz or Mood. (could maybe even get to 4 picks if the Nets are looking to dump BS). It's an interesting situation, because usually you trade youth for win-now vets, but the youth on this team arguably are the best players. Luckily we have picks and expirings. And this year, that has serious value.

We've never seen the "core" so thoroughly disinterested and disgusted with one another. They really look lost out there! We went from losing to great teams, despite looking dominate for stretches, to getting completely blown off the floor, from start to finish, against middle of the pack teams. Wiggs' has had a few moves over the past 3 games that honestly make you wonder if something's perhaps impacting his motor-skills. Loon lumbers up and down the court like he's got ankle weights on. Curry's face tells the story of a samurai who's just realized the only way out is to fall on his katana. This is either going to be a cinderalla story for the ages or one of the ugliest collapses in sports history, right up there with Atlee Hammaker's all-star game meltdown back in '83. Keep Poole and let him start next to Steph. With Dray gone and Steph holding him accountable, we may have seen the return of good Jordan. The team vibe would be so much better now as well. Wiggins would still be a zero, but nothing you can do about that...was not reasonably forseen. Could have also plugged Moody in for Wiggins. Might not be a great team, but the energy would be better, and less politics.

Not like he’s getting any end of season rewards any way.. shop Klay and Wiggins, Klay has been playing better so to me it’s a great time to sell when his value is higher. Whatever we can get with those 2, run them out with Kuminga as the star and Moody, podz, and Trayce getting minimum 25 minutes per game for the rest of the season. Once this season is over it should show us what we have and have a clearer vision on if these players can help us compete with actual development. The only reason why I didn’t suggest draymond is because he won’t get equal value and steph needs him to be a superstar at this point but teams like Atlanta could use Wiggins and the lakers would trade Rui and Vando for Klay. It’s time! I fear we might be the Brooklyn nets if we keep lying to ourselves thinking this core is good enough to win a championship anymore. Not even sure if steph is good enough to even be the best player on a championship team but he’s earned my trust and belief that he can do that until the day he retires.

They had 2 days to get ready for this game, and they somehow looked worse than the Raptors loss in front of a national audience. I would never boo my team, but I don't blame the fans who went to the last 2 games. It's getting ugly and the team needs to know that this is unacceptable.

Ik a lot of people say Zack can’t play defense but Zack’s never played for a championship contending team and I believe we can get him to buy in on playing D enough to we’re he can be considered a force on both sides like he is an elite athlete at the end of the day. Nikola is a better version of Dario and Drummond gets us a big body whose a board snatcher and rim protector let’s make it happen

And there was probably never gonna be a smooth end to the dynasty itself. But for Curry in particular. Its a shame it all ends like this. Fuck Draymond. Fuck Wiggins. Fuck Klay's ego. Fuck Steve Kerr. What a waste of a basketball season. I seriously had more enjoyment getting pissed off watching them last year. However-it's SO over. They all know it. They are taking money from all the ticket holders right now. $50 million for a perverse effort on defense and turnovers from Steph. He's given up trying to lead because he knows it won't work with this squad. Steph's Game 7 against the Kings for every game this season won't work because he'll blow out. But MAN! the horrible fundamentals by all on this team-it's more than time for whatever changes come. The more the better-get rid of everyone besides Steph. I say keep Steph only because he is the best player in franchise history and might play better eventuall when he has a bit more hope in his teammates. It's amazing that the rookies and 3rd year players look more like NBA players than Kevon Looney. He looks like he already retired-Klay ain't that far behind. I’ve actually never experienced a time as a fan when we were this ass…smh. Started off as a kid watching the last years of Nelly and beginning of Keith Smart. And we were a shit stain of a team at that time but at least we had some fuckin spirit at fight man. This shit is ugly and disheartening to experience. At this point Steph is gonna have to stop sulking in this shit bath and attempt to clean some of it up. In times of desperation, usually you’d think we’d have someone to fall back on…coach, main player, etc. right now everyone on this team is on the same playing level…scary. Smh
