It is absolutely not Steve's fault that we've had so many injuries, but he does have SOME responsibility for our draft misses and the failure to properly utilize effective lineups and what we have. I withheld judgment on him for a long time because I really like Steve personally. I've also hit the tipping point with Kerr, I really didn't want to get to that point but it really does feel like he has no clue wtf he is doing out there, and it's like he's lost his passion. Alc I hear you about Buddy and there is much merit to the frustration but I ask is Kerr truly using Buddy appropriately. You ask why Kerr has so much confidence in Buddy? I put it to you, 1. Buddy is a career high volume high output 3pt shooter, Over the past five NBA seasons, Buddy has led the league in three-pointers made, totaling 1,322. That's hard ound ignore. 2. Buddy is an ideal profile for Kerr. A high volume 3s shoter with a high reving motor always on a full tank. The question for me is not Buddy or other players mistakes as we tend to like to focus but when will Kerr bench himself for a few games and let Terry and Stack do their thin But when you heard Steph talking about punting on the season, either Lacomb send the memo or Kerr las lost his locker room. I dont believe all these professionals can play so bad for so long after showing they could play so great on their own according. Yiu can continue to baskh the players but I am convinced it's Kerr or the Memo. Kerr knows he is the challenge why Buddy and the other players are not performing and it's either because Steve is stubborn or Lacomb gave him the word. I watched Buddy after a full practice in our rickety national gym (Bahamas) shoot 100 str8 barely touch the net 3 pters while moving around. These are machines if you don't frig with their heads. So why you ask. I will put my money on him no matter how dumb he may look to some. some. Tell Kerr to sit small if you have their ear.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I'd say this is definitely the lowest point since the core three started their rise with Mark Jackson. This is the first down year that cant be attributed to injury (klay, stephs broken hand), or bad chemistry (jp and dray). This year its the sad reality that Steph is naturally declining, in that he cant sustain his usual scoring excellence and his decision making, especially in late game situations is getting worse. As Ive stated before, Dray just aint worth the baggage anymore, but I have a hard time thinking of who would want him and his three year deal with the aforementioned bags. Kerr looks increasingly shellshocked loss by loss and is starting to age like an avocado. I wouldnt be surprised if we start seeing him with food stains on his warmup jacket and tufts of hair sticking out of his ears. But there is much more at stake than just a losing season. The warriors and SC30 are a huge global brand, and if they wallow in mediocrity for the next few years they will both take a serious hit. Steph sounds admirably noble talking about "Not being reckless" with trades but I think there is a bit of a smokescreen at play. Does he really want to compromise the "Curry" brand? The legions of preteens begging their parents for that 100 dollar number 30 jersey? The sales metrics on the Curry 13? The next athleisure line opening at an under armour outlet near you? I dont think so. Moves wlll be made. When Kent Bazemore was traded back in 2014, Steph was pissed and he yelled "Its a business!" during a Bob Myers press conference. He knows whats up.

Tx Alch! The Kerr hate is pretty weak tho. He has 1 player that’s inside the top 60 players in the NBA and currently has so few players available that he’s forced to play Moody and Gui. TJD is a 3rd choice undersized big, Schoder is a backup PG, Moody does not look like an NBA player. Steve draws up a play for Steph, and Buddy shoots anyway, but of course it’s Kerr’s fault for not coaching Buddy the right way? I don’t want to see Buddy play, let alone start, but again what should Kerr do? Tell the media that he’s lost faith in Buddy, and won’t play him in the future? Moody is somehow worse anyway!! Kerr started small, some fans might not have liked it but if he had started KA (I love him) and TJD then there would be zero shooting and still not enough size but those fans would be slamming Kerr anyway - he’s damned either way because of the construction of the roster yet I still have confidence in Mike. Let’s be honest, the only way back to contention, and the only way to justify trading all available picks, is probably Giannis in the summer (or the lottery). I listed one combination of players that could get him + plus more. Last year we could of got him with CP3 contract as a starting point. The Bulls asked us and we declined. They did mainly because of his injury and he's not a "Kerr player". All I know is the guy can score, playmake and tools to defend better than the other options

The real problem is nobody on the team except for Moses, Buddy, and Slo Mo are confident enough to shoot, even when they miss. It’s so weird to have a team full of players who DON’T want the ball. They are moving the ball to get rid of it, not to find the open man. That’s straight up playing under pressure with fear, that is not a motion offense. This team doesn’t run a motion offense unless Kuminga, Steph, or Podz forces it. Bad player fundamentals, I don’t care if Kerr thinks it’s beneath him to actually look at how his team is shooting lay ups and free throws or doing block outs or rebounds or screens, the players are so bad at these things that it’s affecting the team play, which is why they get into trouble when the overhelp defensively. If Kerr doesn’t show how much he cares about these things, then why would I expect the players to understand. Especially these players! They all think that someone else is going to do it (whatever “it” is), so they don’t have to. I don’t mind the long leash for Buddy, we all agree Kerr sucks when he doesn’t give the players run, Buddy getting more run is a good thing. It’s funny because Kerr is probably in pain watching certain players, so he doesn’t play them, but then other players perform equally painful plays and somehow that’s a problem? Can’t wait for injured players to come back. I want to see that running game again where Kerr does hockey substitutions and makes everyone run until they can’t anymore. Schröder might resist, but put him with Podz because Podz doesn’t give a fuck, he’s running! Put Trayce back in the G league and see if he actually plays better down there. If it’s exactly the same as what he’s giving us now, then you should just leave him there and start Slo Mo or Looney instead. Move Nick Kerr up to help coach this team, at least he is coaching for the entire team, not an individual. I’m actually starting to wonder if Kerr Sr. is afraid to hurt Steph by coaching a different way, might have been why Tatum was sacrificed on Team USA over the summer too. If he can’t bring himself to do it, he needs to step aside.

Kelenna, unlike Jim Barnett, is a relatively "recent" player. So Kelenna is a lot more in-tune with how things really are on the court in today's NBA. Bob talks exactly like who he is: an unathletic white dude who's understanding of the game comes only from ever WATCHING. Bob definitely knows ball, dont get me wrong. But he'll never understand it like Kelenna or Jim. They both played so they know. But Jim hasn't played for decades and Kelenna is young enough to have played with Steph. Because its his job, Kelenna will never outright shoot down Bob or anything. But Kelenna definitely does get annoyed when Bob says shit like "Yeah these dudes might suck on paper but theyre good in real life!"

Kerr doesn't yet realize his system will guarantee the team never hits its ceiling, so Kerr's gonna keep penciling in 3 guard line-ups and complaining when JK (but not Buddy) doesn't pass the ball to Steph. No chance Kerr's gonna mess up his plans by playing Post 15 minutes a game to develop for next year. That would be a light years move, and Kerr doesn't even think light seconds ahead.

Kuminga is injured. But when he gets back, wouldnt it be nice to see him with a stretch big? Pick and pop between those two would be interesting. The problem is Post's defense. He needs to learn. Bring him up and have Loon/Dray/SloMo teach him defense. Whats the point of having Post rot down in the G league against a bunch of scrubs who will never see an NBA game? The season is washed, so give Post minutes to learn defense, while also giving him the green light on offense so he and Kuminga can run wild.

Don't care what anyone says. Kerr is the biggest problem with this team. No way we should of started Curry/Buddy/Schoder. No way Buddy should of got as many minutes or ended the game. In fact I don't know if Moody is a nba player at this point. I prefer Waters to both of them at this point, at least he can defend and makes good positive plays and hits every now and again. With us having no high talent except Curry we need him to be Superman or excellent coaching to win.

I checked out of the NFL season when it was clear the Niners were garbage. And now Im just about done with NBA season as well. Youtube TV is raising their prices again in a few days, and Im considering canceling it at least until next NFL season. Ive also been having car troubles and may need to take out a loan for a new car. To save money, Im also canceling a handful of my other subscriptions like Netflix and Max. The reason why I bring all this up is because the single subscription I will never cancel is yours. I have no tolerance for people who can't maintain that, win or lose, even if it's people I thought I loved and rooted for. This is NOT the way these guys should go out, even if they are going out. This is why MJ and Kobe maintain a special place in people's hearts. Kobe especially, even though he often isn't included in GOAT conversations, he was always giving it all out there. Not being a contender just made him mad and an asshole, and his last years were pretty shambolic too except for that last game, but at least if you cheered for him you knew where he stood: he wanted to fucking play basketball and win. And that's why he went out on the note that he went out on and it was a top 5 NBA moment, maybe even a #1 moment. I wonder how Steph's last game is going to look compared to that...

WHY is Buddy Hield second or even first in the pecking order? Why isn't Wiggins the second option after Steph? Why isn't Kyle Anderson playing 30+ minutes as the only starting power forward we've got? When will we stop with the midget lineups? Kerr was humiliated with those in the FIBA World Cup but he is too stubborn to change. I don't think we will emerge as a good team if Kerr is removed, but at least we won't be a constant scratching head experiment.

Nope, he said he was alright with Steph taking that tough contested transition 3 when we were down 1 point with over 40 seconds left. That is exactly what's wrong with this team and with Steve and Steph. Steve preaches ball movement, good shot to great shot and murders JK for taking tough contested jumpers. Talks about poor execution in the clutch, but everyone puts up their hands and says, "oh it's Steph, he's allowed to take STUPID, UNREALISTIC, UNNECESSARY, AND ARROGANT SHOTS THAT COST US GAMES!" Because he is Steph...zero accountability on this team, unless it's Kuminga, who can't commit a single turnover without having his minutes cut in quarters and gets put at the top of the trade list.

I dont care what anyone says, THIS TEAM is the WORST team in the league right now. It doesnt matter than other teams may have a worse record than us. Our team is the PERFECT combination of being: - Too small - Too old - Too dumb/low IQ - Too unathletic - Too weak - and too goddamn hardheaded to change anything about it. Again. Steve Kerr is not THE problem. He's just one of the many problems, but his total inability to do any sort of coaching is not helping this team. Injuries do make it worse. Losing Kuminga was huge. But honestly I dont think our record is any different even if we have Podz or GP2. Its hard to even root for this team right now. The only reason any of us really want a trade right now is just so its semi interesting for 5 games. Just like with Schroeder. We were all excited about Schroeder coming over. And he just got sucked into the void of emptiness like everyone else on this team. Vucevic wont fix anything. Zion wont fix anything. Valanciunas would be the best signing and he still wouldnt fix anything. We need to get rid of Moody and Buddy. If Kerr isnt going to play to Schroder's strengths, then get rid of him too. We brought in an ultra speedy ballhandling scorer and Kerr just tries to shove him in the same "motion offense" box that he shoves everyone else into. Gee, I wonder whats not working? All I want for the rest of this season is to see 25 mins a game of Quintin Post. Force him to learn how to play some NBA defense. Pack it in, and take our chances next year. This season is over and anyone who disagrees is delusional and coping hard.
