JK’s trade value has certainly gone up. But what can we get in return that’ll actually make us a true contending favourite? Steph, Jimmy and Draymond aren’t good enough as the top 3 players of a contending team. There’s no one we can get in return that’ll address all our flaws.

2025-11-07 07:14:25 +0000 UTCBuddy gave himself some benefit of the doubt with his Game 7 performance last year and playing solid D in the playoffs, but let's just say if Seth comes in and proves to be a much more consistent guy from 3, I think we move off him. Same goes with some of our other guards, and even Gui Santos if he can't defend his position. We need someone who can guard the power forwards and bigs that otherwise go to town on us, even if it means for the time being playing TJD and Post together. We can be old, and we can be small, but we can't be old AND small, AND inconsistent shooting on top of that.

I really wish we had a commentator like Barnett again who played long enough to have more insights and wisdom, Buike only played a few seasons, and Fitz has always been bad when doing Warriors games, he aint too bad when he's doing playoffs or FIBA.

And we definitely didn’t sign him just to wait for him to underperform and trade him for nothing. We signed him to a trade friendly deal. We wanted his trade value to go up before the trade deadline and that’s exactly what we are getting. And let’s be honest, he’s the same player but the mistakes are less prevalent because he’s playing more unselfish. Regardless, he needs to go this season I’m sorry. His stock is finally high enough to where we can finally get what we wanted/needed. And for a player that we KNOW exactly what we are getting out of him every night.

Is Russell Westbrook a warriors killer? So many of our players are 3 or bust. Post, Al, Buddy, Gui, Pods even Moody, and Will.

Just really complimentary skills & attitudes. If they all keep growing, they could make the foundation of at least a fun team to root for.

2025-11-06 20:20:08 +0000 UTCI think this game clarifies why Kerrs rotation and player choices, (see Podz, not playing Will, Bridge Troll in the past, Kuminga difficulties) are some of his weak points as a coach. On the Kings telecast the commentators were bloviating about Will's obvious electricity and professionalism, they were saying how all the Kings players "eyes get big" when Podz is defending against them, how they could understand Kuminga confusion of not knowing which way the wind is blowing in the Warriors coaching choices ( and how hard that would be for a young lottery pick coming into the league, trying to figure out his path and how to develop himself). Kerrs a great coach, but we all have our flaws. The more introspection we have, the more we can either work on those flaws, or at least as a coach, make sure we farm out those duties to someone else. As a fan of the Warriors and of good basketball at times I'm frustrated with Kerrs, rotations, player choices, not wanting to draft and play bigs (what the hell, this is a big mans game.) I make no apologies for being upset with some aspects of Kerrs choices. I want to see the best for the team. But then again I'm not nearly at the level of Lacob with my venture capital portfolio yet, so until this happens, Joe pays the big bucks and can do what he likes, (although I think he likes winning alot and has to put up with some of the shit from the coaches, players, agents etc)

Diabolical Dominican Diarrhea Fat chick eats an apple JK - wasn’t forcing previously w the vets, but obviously forcing last night in different role and mindset. Lack of trust? Ego? Insecurity? That unforced, ball/body movement game transfers to any personnel, young or old. Very few free throws w/o Jimmy! JK can do this, too, but doesn’t seem to realize it, especially when behind. I loved QP’s D/boards, playing more aggressively, affecting more shots. Al’s shot will come back, and thankfully he’s still a presence on D/boards. TJD acceptable. I’m trusting Will is moving up the ladder, as he’s so good on both ends. Mo too. Much as I dig Spencer, too, especially his energy and PG organization, he seemed to be trying to get his own a bit more than usual, and I would love to see him unlock others more often. A balance… SAC vets played like vets! DeRosen is nearly unstoppable in mid game, and Russ’ energy continues to amaze at his age. Dennis closed out the game very Shröedly.
