Then Be Batman: Chapter 4 revised (includes old chapter five)

This is a public post, and I will be putting this publicly on the forums here shortly. As promised, this is the revised chapter four and five combination, for reasons of coherency, flow, and pacing.

This chapter is all about his efforts to prepare and Make Gotham Great Again. Really, it's about his efforts without the mask.

Chapter six, which will be the new chapter five, is about his efforts with the mask. Also, it will be getting some revision and an expansion as well. The doubt and hesitation is important, but I think it ended on too much of a downer for overall story tone, so I'm going to add some stuff I'd originally intended to be in the next chapter. Look for it later.

Also I'm working on some Ice Pie.
